CML Attends Annual SPBT Conference

On May 11-14, customedialabs (CML) headed to the Society of Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) Annual Conference in Chicago to show attendees how we put the "media" in Innovative Print & Media Group (IPMG), the company with which we shared our conference booth. IPMG chooses CML exclusively to produce all its interactive work, making it -- and us -- a leading provider of print and new-media solutions.
So what were we doing at a conference targeted to trainers of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry? Well, we were pretty sure they'd be interested in hearing about our experience in delivering rich-media, sales-force-focused campaigns, one of CML's prominent agency offerings.
To develop these high-impact campaigns, we coordinate with company sales, marketing and training managers to help identify what the current pain is. We then withdraw to strategize and create a unique integrated-marketing campaign addressing that particular pain, featuring rich-media communications and all sorts of predominantly digital goodies that supplement and enhance the core training curriculum.
Much like that last practice before the big game, our digital campaigns, in conjunction with more traditional internal training, help prepare sales teams of several major global pharmaceutical companies. They reiterate new information team members have recently learned; promote upcoming training sessions; and ultimately reinforce the confidence and eagerness of the teams to sell their products and services.
All the teams will need after that are some watercoolers to dump on managers' heads when those sales goals soar out of the field.
