Our methodology for achieving interactive solutions involves a comprehensive, four-step process.
Discovery
Our discovery phase involves an in-depth analysis of the customer's needs, as well as the needs of the end user in order to define a shared goal for the project. We conduct a heuristic evaluation to identify usability parameters and develop a comprehensive project plan in cooperation with the client
Design
Our design phase encompasses everything from creating the visual feel of a project to architecting engaging user experiences. We provide brand expertise and development for new brands or those looking to update. For existing brands, we align and strengthen brand identity.
Development
With our in-house engineering expertise, we can develop highly customized technical solutions. Our team of programmers and software engineers architect scalable projects that can be integrated with existing client frameworks. We also conduct quality assurance tests, regularly during development, in order to deliver a flawless product for our clients.
Deployment
Before delivering the final product to our clients, we stage the work in order for the clients to review and provide any final feedback. In addition, we are experienced at deploying projects to many types of servers or, alternatively, we can host projects on our internal servers. Finally, we provide maintenance through the deployment process and afterward when needed.
