The Challenge

MISHKA is a premium, American-distilled vodka. It’s handcrafted in 30-gallon batches outside of Philadelphia, PA. MISHKA is made with all-natural ingredients and flavored products are created with a proprietary infusion process without sugars or additives. This client needed a website that will help to increase their brand awareness and grow their audience.

In our discovery meetings with MISHKA, we found that the keys to meeting their goals for a new website required strong messaging, memorable photography and bold design elements.

MISHKA wanted to create an entirely new category to the vodka market: the gentleman’s sipping vodka. Their product in this category is Honey-Flavored Vodka.

Through intense branding exercises, and more than a few tasting sessions, the customedialabs team built a brand story, tone and personality to match the incredibly mellow taste of this luxe product.

Branding Elements

To help translate our vision for the website, we created mood boards to share with the client. This process led us to choose backgrounds with high contrast between dark and light. The striking photographs we used embody this contrast as well. Graphics and fonts were specially selected to add even more dimension to the concept.

The client needed a website that is responsive and perfectly optimized to work well on mobile and tablet devices. We used Wordpress as the Content Management System (CMS), which allows client users to easily make changes and add content.
