In this article we start without an introductory paragraph. We get to the point without giving so many options to you. Do you want to learn why? Continue reading ;)

If you want to have an amazing landing page that converts better, then follow these tips below, starting from today.

Tip 1 | Use tools to collect valuable data for your landing page.

Identify the best tools for you to generate insights before you start building your landing page. The cool part about using tools is that they break down valuable information from hundreds of best converting landing pages in their system and they can identify and propose the most appropriate landing page for you and your audience. They collect data from thousands of customers that they rely on their existing customer database and their current conversion rates. So, they know which landing page can convert better than all the others out there and they will make suggestions for you.

Tip 2 | Have an amazing unique value proposition.

Try to avoid generic and catchy tone of voice or tactical approaches such as “put in your name and email and I’ll send you a free pdf, or monthly updates”. This is not a very nice approach. Instead, offer them something unique, relevant for them, that will excite them. Go above and beyond. Find something that resonates with them. If you manage to deep dive and solve a problem they are facing, it is most likely to opt-in and buy from you in the long term. Focus on an amazing value proposition in your copy. This is one of the biggest factors that affects the conversion rate.

Tip 3 | Keep it really simple.

In marketing most of the times, we like to analyze and deep dive on specific topics. But for this one you need to keep it simple. For example, if you have 10 different form fields, when you only need two, remove the extra stuff that you don’t need! If you have tons of copy that it is repeating, remove the extra and get to the point faster.

Landing pages that are super simple tend to convert better than longer ones. This does not mean that you should only create short landing pages. You should get to the point. In case you need to have a longer landing page, as far as it answers objections or concerns people have before they opt in or buy from you, then that’s fine. But get to the point and remove the rest.

Tip 4 | Create dynamic content. Make it real.

They say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”. Now imagine, how many words is a video worth? Not everyone enjoys reading. Some people love looking at pictures. But if you want to convert these people, you need a short video that gets to the point fast and explains simple everything that they will get once they opt in, or sign up for your service or buy your product. This video should answer any objections people have before they sign up or buy from you. And it should describe all steps in an easy-to-follow order. This way you can also ensure that the quality of the customer that you end up generating is much better since they understand where they opt in and why.
